Warm Forte

This was one of several canvas panels I was playing with as I experimented with some newer techniques over canvas as opposed to a smooth panel. I liked the results I was getting working over the smooth MDF panels, but weight and warping were becoming a concern as I considered larger pieces.

Working wet on wet here in very thin transparent layers, the pigments created some interesting gradients as I pulled and skimmed wet paint over top.
